2005 - Kyiv National Economic University. Candidate of Economic sciense, senior lecturer at the sub-faculty of Banking at Vadym Hetman.

 

Banking experience:

• December, 2002 – December, 2004: Deputy Head of Kyiv City Branch of Ukrsotsbank

• December, 2004 – October, 2008: Head of Kyiv region Branch of Ukrsotsbank

• January, 2009 - June, 2009: The First Deputy Chairman of the Board of “Partner Bank”

• December, 2009: Owner of the Bank and  Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PJSC ”Bank National Credit”

Andriy Onistrat proved to be a talented crisis manager: he managed to fight problems of unprofitable Kyiv region branch of Ukrsotsbank and ensured its leading position  in Ukrsotsbank`s  rating among other profitable branches. Within next three years Ukrsotsbank kept its position within TOP 4.  During his work in Kyiv region branch:

• Loan portfolio increased by 130 times and reached UAH 1300,0 mio.;
• 7 new branches opened;
• Level of outlets functioning improvement;
• Share of the outlets` incomes for 3 years increased and reached the level of 50-60%;
• Income before tax  -  UAH 48 mio.

Andriy left Ukrsotbank after  start-up of bank`s restructuring by new shareholders – Unicredit Group and focused on the development of a banking institution as a owner of the business. In August 2009 Andriy Onistrat became the owner of 48,3% of «Bank National Credit»  through the purchase of shares of additional issue.

Faculty: Economics and management in building construction

Tatyana Geiko has substantial experience in banking. She started her career in 1995 as an economist for foreign economic activity in Kyiv city branch of JSCB Ukrsotsbank. She has extensive experience in different areas of banking activity: foreign currency unit, VIP customers servicing unit, securities and deposits unit.
