Founded in 1996, "Bank National Credit" PJSC has been operating within the context of the formation of the Ukraine’ Banking sector: demonstrating dynamic development and meeting the challenges of the financial market.

The year 2009 has become the turning point in the history of the "Bank National Credit" PJSC: the Bank has changed its owner, increased its shareholders’ capital twofold, and undergone branding. Despite having a network of branches in locations unusual for building a chain of regional bank representative offices, the Bank has not only strengthened its presence in the regions, but also saved the most important asset – its clients. During 2009-2011, "Bank National Credit" PJSC has conducted restructuring of its own branch network. Maintaining the total number of regional representative offices, some of them were relocated to new venues. Nowadays, the network of the Bank’s branches is represented in every region of Ukraine.

Private clients

Due to fair and transparent terms and conditions, flexible rate policy, and a wide branch network, the Bank is able to successfully work with personal banking customers. The policy of ongoing enhancement of service quality, as well as continuous improvement of the services package for private clients, contributes to bank’s sustainability.

The Bank is a permanent member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, which substantiates the security and guaranty of household deposit returns. The deposit programs of the "Bank National Credit" have high interest rates and transparent conditions. This enables the bank to constantly increase its deposit portfolio of private clients, and successfully compete with the largest national financial institutions.

In 2011 the Bank has finished its rebranding process. Its main goal was to refresh the obsolete image of the bank, and make "Bank National Credit" a friendlier and truly European-style bank for our customers.

Apart of that, "Bank National Credit” gives its customers an opportunity to pay for over 500 services via the network of payment terminals (PJSCTS) working under the brand “Bank 24 National Credit” and accounting for over 2,100 self-service terminals in all regions of the country.

Within the framework of cooperation with the “Center of social projects of the future”, the Bank has introduced fundraising via the network of its payment terminals and the cash desks of its branches, in order to raise money for charity projects among which are “Children Against Cancer”, “Aid for children with cerebral palsy”, the program for support of Ukrainian books, etc...
